I’m a business owner and a family person. I love travelling, taking holidays with my family and being able to work from different places around the world.

My experience includes running landscape and garden maintenance businesses, a lighting design and supply business, and a Pilates studio. I’ve also facilitated small business marketing workshops with Basic Bananas.

Running businesses has given me practical experience of the details: looking after customers, quoting work, supporting staff and keeping a clear picture of what is happening.

I’ve made mistakes and learned lessons along the way. Scale Your Service is a way to share those lessons, help other owners make informed decisions and demonstrate what clearer systems and processes can make possible.
