This website is operated as Scale Your Service by ASBUILT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, ABN 60 620 831 825, registered for GST. Contact: joel@scaleyourservice.com.au. These terms describe permitted use of the website and its resources.
They do not by themselves create a paid engagement or replace a client’s accepted Plan to Move Forward and Client Service Terms. The free Scale Session is an introductory conversation, not an agreement to carry out paid implementation.
02Information and self-check tools
Website material, worksheets and self-check results provide general business information and prompts for reflection. They are not legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice, and are not a substitute for advice about your circumstances.
The AI-readiness score is a practical self-check, not a validated assessment or approval to use sensitive data. Website-review prompts do not automatically scan a website. The business-improvement conversation uses selected goals and prepared suggestions; it is not live AI analysis. The message builder combines your wording into a draft sentence for you to edit. A worksheet or illustrative workflow does not verify that an integration is feasible or that an outcome will occur.
Use your own judgement, test proposed changes and seek appropriate professional advice where needed. We remain responsible for representations and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
03Using our content and resources
Unless stated otherwise, we or our licensors own the website’s original content, branding and resource materials. You may view, download, print and adapt the free worksheets for your own business’s internal use, including discussing them with your team or advisers.
You must not resell or redistribute our resources as your own product, remove ownership notices when sharing an authorised copy, or imply our endorsement without permission. Rights in your answers and your pre-existing business material remain yours. Separate licences apply to third-party material and client deliverables.
04Respectful and appropriate use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or upload material you are not entitled to share. Do not use our name, logo or content to mislead others.
Please avoid including passwords, private customer records or sensitive information in a general enquiry or booking note. Appropriate access and information-sharing arrangements can be agreed for client work.
05Pricing and service enquiries
Website prices are indicative starting amounts for the described entry scope, in the currency and tax basis shown. A final plan confirms the applicable scope, price, tax, timing and separate third-party charges before paid work begins.
The website does not currently take payment or create a subscription through a pricing button. Booking a free Scale Session does not purchase a mentoring package. An existing accepted agreement is not changed by later website price updates.
06Links and third-party services
Booking links and some specialist links lead to other websites. Those providers control their own services, availability and terms. Review their terms and privacy information when using them. A link alone does not transfer your worksheet answers to that provider.
We will use reasonable care in maintaining this site, but uninterrupted access and complete compatibility with every browser or device cannot be promised. Please let us know about an error or broken link.
07Your rights and our responsibilities
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. We do not use these terms to avoid responsibility for misleading statements or obligations imposed by law.
We do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability or require visitors to reimburse every loss. Mandatory rights and remedies remain available.
08Privacy, updates and questions
Our Privacy Policy describes the relevant handling of personal information. A resource user is not subscribed to marketing simply by using a worksheet.
We may update these website terms prospectively and show the effective date. Changes do not retrospectively change accepted client agreements. Contact us about permissions, accessibility, errors or concerns using joel@scaleyourservice.com.au.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Mandatory protections applying to a visitor or client remain available, including those that apply in another country.
